Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Registered Nurse, Surgical Oncology - Location: Edward Hospital and Elmhurst Center for Health, Naperville and Elmhurst, IL - Full Time | 40 hours/week - Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm, no weekends or holidays A Brief Overview: - The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. - The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. What you will do: - Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes. Evaluates patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes, systematically revises diagnosis, interventions and expected outcomes as needed. - Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers. - Communicates plan of care to patient and family regularly respecting the patient’s wishes through a...
