We are looking for a Workshop Machinist to join our Wilton team and contribute to precision engineering excellence. Role Purpose: Perform a variety of precision machining tasks in our workshop, delivering high-quality components while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures. Key Responsibilities: Operate machine tools to produce precision-engineered parts from metal or plastic/composite materials. Set up and work with: Horizontal and vertical boring machines Centre lathes for turning operations: Milling machines: Grinding machines: Apply screw cutting techniques and interpret engineering drawings. Manufacture components to specified tolerances. Complete tasks within allocated timeframes. Conduct safety checks on tools and equipment, following all safety requirements.
