Position Title & Department: Teaching Professor, Architecture Posting #: 5519 Department Description: The Architecture Program is part of the Department of Art, Architecture and Art History, housed within the College of Arts and Sciences. Our design studios emphasize critical thinking and the development of the architectural imagination, informed by an expansive curriculum in the history and theory of architecture. The program is also organically tied to the Visual Arts and Art History majors that form the department. The department fosters a very active undergraduate research program that especially engages first generation and underrepresented students. The College of Arts and Sciences is at the heart of the University of San Diego.
