Overview: Supports the execution of Investment Banking or Capital Markets mandates within a defined product set. Assists Associates and Senior Associates with the administrative duties associated with the structuring, originating and executing of transactions by preparing various documents and tracking internal and external communication throughout a deal life cycle. Primary Responsibilities: Support Associates and Senior Associates with the administrative duties associated with the generation, development, and execution of capital advisory solutions. Create deal or transaction materials such as term sheets, engagement letters, models, flow of funds, Refinitiv Reporting for review by Associates. Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the overall economy and market conditions. Prepare deal materials (CIMs, LP, pitches, internal approval memos) to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and content. Provide data and supporting process documentation for the development and enhancement of policies and procedures and ensure all activities conducted comply with bank Credit and Risk requirements.
