The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. Overview: Opportunity to lead a 96-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Gonzales, Louisiana with direct access to ownership, operational control, and performance-based upside. We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager who is looking for a stable, well-supported environment and takes full ownership of results, with a focus on improving operational and financial performance. The property is currently in a stabilization phase with clear performance objectives and strong corporate support.
