Job Title Human Resources Business Partner - Commercial Sales Position Overview: The Commercial Sales HR Business Partner is a strategic, people-first leader who creates competitive advantage through talent. This role partners closely with Commercial Sales leaders to drive business performance by aligning people strategies with commercial objectives. Operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, the HRBP brings strong business acumen, positive energy, and a relational mindset to every interaction. This individual serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the sales organization, focusing on talent strategy, performance management, compensation effectiveness, associate relations, and associate experience. The role supports approximately 500 associates across the U.S. , working across all time zones .
