Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker | Full-Time | Supply Chain and Logistics Logistics Lead - Green: The Logistics Lead receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products based on internal customer needs Responsibilities: - Ability to create a safe work area following all safety rules & procedures; focuses on safety of self - Support and participate in 5S activities in area - Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed - Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas - Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code - Sort and store material in a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis - Fill requisition, work order, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line - Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves; convey orders to packing station or shipping department - Personal desire / value to produce quality work; fo...
