Be part of the opening team at Hershey Social Restaurant + Bar, downtown Hershey’s newest restaurant and bar. Located near the iconic intersection of Cocoa and Chocolate Avenue, Hershey Social features bold flavors, signature cocktails, and over-the-top desserts inspired by Hershey’s chocolate roots. This position is responsible for supporting restaurant management and coordinating shifts. Additionally, it is responsible for directing and assisting the front of house team, maintaining communication between the front of house and the back of house, taking care of any employee and guest issues, customer interactions, enforcing brand standards, and financial accountability.
