Job Title: Guest Service Agent Department: Front Office Reports To: Leadership Team, General Manager Salary Range: $16-$18 Scope of Position: Operate the functional areas of guest registration, telephone services, and guest reservations to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize hotel profitability.
