Collision Production Manager

Job description

The Production manager is responsible for supervising and assigning repair work to technicians, ensuring completion and quality of the repair work, monitoring work quality, indentify and address issues. Also this position is responsible for supervising the workflow to complete vehicle repairs within specific target dates. QUALIFICATIONS: This position description is intended to be dynamic and subject to change. Position requirements and essential functions may be altered from time to time based upon the needs of the organization and department. This position may be required to execute special projects or other related duties on occasion. - Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff members - Ensuring that all repairs are completed correctly/accurately the first time, on time in adherence with industry quality standards - Dispatch all work assignments to production personnel according to ability (low-skilled/high-skilled) - Ensure every teammate has a production forecast list for efficiency - Schedule all sublet work in a timely manner - Meet with each technician daily to discuss work assignments and schedules creating a plan of accountability and time driven co...
