Overview The Vice President of Debt Capital Markets is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing debt capital to support the company’s acquisition, development, and refinancing activities. This role will lead lender relationship management across multiple capital sources and oversee portfolio-level debt strategy and execution. This role serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Investment Committee, ensuring that capital markets execution aligns with the company’s and investment vehicles’ objectives, risk tolerance, and return targets. This role represents the company externally within the institutional capital markets community and plays a key role in shaping enterprise-level financial strategy.
