WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Supervises daily warehouse activities including planning, directing, and coordinating the ordering and distribution of products, parts, and accessories, manpower, maintenance of the warehouse. Lead day-to-day activities of the warehouse including safety, planning, organizing and execution of all activities including personnel administration, performance evaluations, work assignments. Spend a minimum of 50% of scheduled work hours on the warehouse floor to provide real-time supervision, support, coaching, and workflow oversight. Provide leadership and work direction to team ensuring that resources adequate to meet key requirements related to safety, service levels, cost, and productivity.
