Position Title: Recruiter I Duration: 06 Months + (Possible Extension) Pay Rate:$40-42/hr on W2 Location: San Francisco, CA 94158 Hybrid (M/F work from home, T/W/Th work from office) Top 3 Responsibilities: We are looking for a "hyper-agile" recruiter who prioritizes haste without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will be a decisive advisor—not an order-taker—who understands how to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while hitting aggressive volume targets. Mandatory Requirements - Handling High Volume Non-Tech Req loads (30+) is a MUST - Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening - Stakeholder management; someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understand charters/challenges, etc. Core Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience (Non-Tech). - Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding defined monthly and quarterly KPIs. - Stability: Seeking long-term fits; please avoid career contractors or resumes with frequent, short-term "jumps."
