Company Description Reporting to the IT Sales & Talent Manager, your primary responsibilities as an IT Business Analyst will include managing business requirements and the tools used across the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) technology landscape. You will facilitate communication between the IT organization and business users to deliver technical solutions that meet Red Bull’s needs. Your expertise will span the IT organization’s systems and capabilities. You will analyze business operations to identify opportunities to redesign or improve existing processes and recommend technical solutions to address business challenges. As an Analyst, you will translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and guide these requirements through the entire project implementation lifecycle. You will also thoroughly analyze technical issues and clearly communicate recommended solutions to senior leadership.
