Client Relationship Management : Collaborate, b uild , and maintain long-lasting relationships with your client , acting as a point of contact for clients , your Account Director , and your VP . Client orders: Oversee and d etail all client order requests and PO’s and communicate effectively to Service Delivery. Ensure full understanding of client order before placing internal order with Service Delivery. Act as the initial point of escalation and collaborate with the client and Service Delivery teams on any operational issues to ensure the clients' interests are represented and met. Escalate issues as appropriate to your director . Project Coordination : ( Iyuno ) Collaborate with internal teams ( B usiness D evelopment, S ales E nablement , Pricing and F orecasting, Marketing, Contract M anagement, S ervice D elivery, O perations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of quotes and orders to clients. Update any client systems to ensure correct data capture and progress. Proactively identify potential problems and mitigate issues with thoughtful involvement.
