What's the role? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Event Specialist with a strong background in event production/logistics and proven project management expertise to join our Global Events Team. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end planning and execution of tradeshows (e.g. CES or IAA), customer events as well as internal conferences (e.g. annual Sales Kickoff) , ensuring seamless delivery while driving innovation, operational excellence, and exceptional experiences for our global audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Event Production : Lead the planning, production, and execution of international in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, ensuring world-class quality across staging, logistics, technical setup, and onsite coordination. - Project Management : Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; oversee stakeholder alignment and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. - Vendor & Budget Management : Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, production companies, AV teams, and ot...
