Job description
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day technology support for JPMorganChase's Macro e-Trading platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to latency-sensitive electronic trading channels across FX, Commodities, Rates, and Credit. Act as the senior escalation point for complex production issues in a high-pressure, time-sensitive trading environment. - Own end-to-end incident and problem management processes, ensuring rapid resolution of production issues. Drive post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures to continuously improve service reliability and reduce recurrence. - Lead service improvement programs with a focus on proactive monitoring, early detection, and elimination of systemic issues. Champion best practices aligned with SRE principles to elevate the team's operational maturity and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR). - Drive an automation-first mindset across the team by designing, developing, and deploying tools and scripts to reduce manual toil, improve operational efficiency, and enhance productivity.
