Job Summary: Responsible for leading and coordinating the work of employees who repair and maintain equipment and infrastructure. Plan, schedule, order parts and manage repairs to equipment in a safe and efficient manner Essential Functions: - Direct supervision of hourly employees - Planning maintenance work around production schedules, identifying, requesting and locating critical spare parts, coordinating repairs with contractors - Trouble shooting electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment and accessing required work to assure accuracy in scope to facilitate efficient work planning in a world class maintenance organization Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: - Associate's degree in a technical field - Ability to work overtime and weekends to complete special projects - Willingness to respond to calls 24 hours a day, when required Preferred Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field - Experience with metals processing - Experience working in a Melt Shop environment - Exper...
