Job description

Support Logistics Distribution Centers by addressing operational challenges related to industrial engineering and continuous improvement activities, including capacity studies, labor standards reviews, labor analysis, and Capital Appropriation (CA) development. Lead the oversight and advancement of industrial engineering technologies, tools, and processes across the network. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and solution development support to industrial engineers, business owners, and project leads to ensure consistent application of engineering techniques and methodologies companywide. Analyze and resolve complex production and distribution challenges using advanced industrial engineering practices such as make‑versus‑buy analysis, scenario modeling, and optimization to deliver cost savings and support management decision‑making. Lead, consult on, and present findings for complex, cross‑functional initiatives across the division.
