Job description
The position provides administration support to the Vice Chancellor of Communications and Marketing along with excellent customer service to all guests of the Office of the Chancellor, Chief of Staff, Sr, Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration, Vice Chancellor for Communication and Marketing. Responsible for fielding incoming calls and referring them appropriately. Assists with daily office management duties. Supports University Events and Experiences staff during high-volume events. Exercises good judgement, discretion, and strict confidentiality. Provides high level of professional administrative assistance to Vice Chancellor of Communications and Marketing, which includes maintaining a complex calendar, corresponding on behalf of vice chancellor, scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, preparing materials and arranging catering as necessary. Assists with office management duties and special projects. Supports University Events and Experiences staff. Maintains strict confidentiality with of privileged and/or sensitive information.
