Position Title: Manager, Data Informatics-Medical Staff Affairs/Services-Mount Sinai Health System-Remote-Full Time-Days Position Summary: The Manager, Data Informatics for Medical Affairs Operations is responsible for the accuracy and validity of Mount Sinai Health System’s credentialing database platform that supports the credentialing, privileging, peer review, F/OPPE metrics, CVO, and managed care enrollment operations of the department. This position supervises the department’s data analysts ensuring adherence to data management principles and policy. - Directs, supervises and evaluates work activities of data team staff as assigned. Directs and/or conducts recruitment, hiring and training of personnel. - Establishes work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload and ensures all activities are completed within specified time frames. Organizes department level activities to achieve optimum service and achieve performance objectives. - Plans, implements and administers goals, objectives and timetables for the data team.
