We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Rental Sales Representative new hires, $2,500 is payable after 90 days of employment, and the remaining $2,500 is payable after 180 days of employment. Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Rental Sales Representative in District Heights, Maryland. With our ongoing growth, we’re continuously looking for skilled professionals to grow with us. The Rental Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Caterpillar equipment and Allied product rental, affecting the rental of all products assigned to the Division's rent-to-rent fleet to all customers and markets in accordance with the policies of Carter Machinery Company, Inc. The Rental Sales Representative will assist customers with equipment recommendations and technology advancements that enable greater productivity. They will also ensure all equipment deliveries meet the conditions of the rental agreement and monitor customer satisfaction with products.
