Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree in a Management or a related field. - Experience in customer support operations. - Experience in managing relationships with a wide network of stakeholders with minimal guidance. - Experience in a client facing role. - Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
