In the last two years we've shipped a lot: omnichannel support , AI agents , AI assistants , knowledge management , account intelligence , and more. There's also a lot more on the horizon that we've yet to build. We brought on our first PM, Ava O'Neill , and she's been one of the most impactful hires we've made. Now we're scaling the team further; looking for multiple PM's to join us. What you'll do: Own a product area end-to-end - with real business stakes Deeply live and breathe a single customer persona. Do whatever it takes to serve that one type of customer Drive a business outcome ($XX ARR or XX enterprise customers).
