Save the Children International has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Specialist, Business Analysis to join our global team. Team and Job Purpose: The Business Architecture and Business Analysis team is part of the TDIT function. Business Architecture focuses on creating a comprehensive framework that aligns our organization’s strategic vision with its operational execution. It involves developing models and structures to ensure business strategies are effectively implemented, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing future-state models that support organizational goals. Business Analysis centers on identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Business Analysts gather, review, and analyze data; liaise between stakeholders; and recommend changes to improve processes, products, and services—ultimately enabling effective decision-making and organizational change.
