Job Description Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead engineering and development efforts for the Military Services Business. This role focuses on flight product obsolescence redesign initiatives, test equipment and Test Program Set (TPS) development, and follow-on production activities. The Program Manager will oversee complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and program objectives. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Lead program execution for test equipment development and upgrades, product redesign efforts due to obsolescence, and follow-on production initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.
