Responsible for managing and growing sales through assigned distributors across Europe, with a strong focus on expanding business in non-automotive markets. Your role: Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned account across Europe, be the Voice of the Customer within Aptiv, ensuring customer needs are represented and addressed Work closely within and with the Aptiv organization to promote CS products through assigned distributors Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor stakeholders to ensure alignment on growth objectives, create a proper network up to executive levels Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and penetration. Drive revenue growth also in non-automotive segments in line with team goals Support creation of annual sales plans and forecasts, aligned with Aptiv defined KPIs Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions when needed. Support pricing strategies and negotiate commercial terms to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and margin objectives.
