The role oversees the full programme and funding lifecycle - from opportunity identification and proposal development through implementation, reporting, and closure - ensuring strict adherence to EU financial regulations and donor requirements. It combines strategic partnership building and stakeholder engagement with hands-on management of complex, multi-country programmes and diversified revenue streams. The Director also strengthens internal systems, governance, and team capacity to deliver audit-ready reporting and high-quality programme outcomes.
