Interacts with fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Support the dining room/lounge team members in accommodating the needs of the guests Work with dish station team members to ensure adequate supplies are available Maintain general cleanliness of station and the entire venue Complies with Department of Health and company sanitation standards When necessary clean out all polishing equipment using proper cleaning chemicals and supplies Change garbage, recycling, and broken glass bins when necessary Empty compost into composter when needed Ensure all stations are stocked to par and inform the manager when inventories are low Maintaining cleanliness of restrooms when bathroom attendants aren’t scheduled...
