JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, this role will provide assistance on the management of a portfolio of multiple asset classes in Australia on behalf of various Keppel vehicles and mandate clients. The function of asset management is to establish and implement detailed business plans, budgets and asset management strategies, to meet all performance objectives and maximise total returns for our investors. The individual will communicate and collaborate frequently with all other members of the team in Australia and in Singapore to ensure decisions are consistent with the overall investment and business/asset strategy. The role must also understand all reporting requirements and manage stakeholders to ensure inputs are available when required to prepare, review, and finalise reports to meet reporting deadlines.
