Overview Job Summary: Maintain electrical power for lighting and equipment, detect malfunctions, and perform electrical repair and installation. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions: - Repair electrical systems and equipment and handle preventive maintenance. - Requisition material and supplies. - Install switches, receptacles and lights. - Complete work orders, PM’s and other records in an accurate and timely manner. - Perform tests on power circuits, distribution panels. - Maintain the tube system. - Perform any emergency service required for the safety of personnel, building and equipment. - Perform generator maintenance and testing. - Assist in electrical related tasks involving building component installation, maintenance. Qualifications: Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: Education: HS/GED required. Two years trade school, college or equivalent. Some licensing or certification preferred.
