We are looking for a Benefits Specialist with experience in US health and welfare benefits and an understanding of federal and state leave administration. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors, while providing comprehensive support to the Global Benefits COE. Your Impact: Comprehensive knowledge of benefit plan design, adeptness at interpreting relevant laws, and proven skill in addressing issues within benefits framework, regulatory standards, policies, and procedures. In-depth understanding of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits under ERISA and leave laws (such as FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, ADA), and expertise in COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA compliance requirements.
