We have an exciting opportunity for multiple HR Graduate Advisors to join us on a fixed‑term contract until December 2026. This is an ideal role for individuals beginning their HR career, with strong academic grounding and hands‑on experience from an HR industrial placement. These roles offer a significant opportunity to strategically partner with People Leaders and HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) across various parts of the organisation. You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, driving key people priorities, and delivering impactful HR projects that directly contribute to organisational success and reinforce the Ford+ behaviours. Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders across areas such as organizational design, culture transformation, and talent management. Employee Relations & Case Management: Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and dignity at work concerns.
