ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of CX Specialist with Dutch (support administration) This set of tasks mainly involves the administrative part of issuing various types of shipping documents (manifests, bill of lading, T2L documents, riverwaybills, customs documents, …) and related for various transport modi (truck, barge, sea vessel). The task also requires consultation and collection of documents for various kinds for multiple reasons (eg audits). The task also includes the full scope of vessel disbursement for cluster AM Belgium. The required customs and shipping documents must be correctly prepared and submitted on time to avoid demurrage, ensure the goods can be dispatched and cleared, arrive on schedule, and be properly recorded in accounting (dispatch, stock, invoicing, transport costs), so that payment can be collected smoothly and on time (collections/credits). Key responsibilities: Create, distribute and update required documents. Documents must be created in a swift, effective and timely manner.
