Agency: Alternate Solutions Health Network: Sign On Bonus: $15,000: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM SUMMARY: The Home Health Aide (HHA) is an essential member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a nurse within specified geographical territory. The HHA provides compassionate support with activities of daily living and basic personal care needs while ensuring a safe, comfortable living environment. The HHA effectively communicates and documents any changes in patient conditions to the registered nurse or supervisor and maintains positive relationships. The Company adopts the home health aide scope of practice as outlined by the state for its HHA personnel. The HHA/Bath Aide is responsible for any and all practices and duties within the scope of practice as outlined by the state.
