Overview We’re currently hiring a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist / Medical Receptionist (Spanish & English) to join our team at Academic Alliance in Dermatology in Tampa, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a busy medical office setting, and is comfortable multitasking throughout the day. Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM In this role, you’ll serve as one of the first points of contact for patients while helping support the daily flow of the clinic. Responsibilities include greeting and checking patients in/out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirming insurance information, collecting copays, updating patient demographics, and coordinating communication between patients and the clinical team. This is a fast-paced dermatology office environment, so strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to stay organized are important. Bilingual communication in both Spanish and English is required for this position.
