Job Description: The Operations & Customer Experience Intern supports the Operations Lead and Coordinator team during peak summer months. This role focuses on assisting with day-to-day operational tasks, improving customer communications, and supporting conversion efforts through outbound follow-up. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone interested in logistics and customer experience. The intern will gain exposure to real-time problem solving, workflow management, and customer interaction.
