Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Software Validations Analyst to support DHA Lifecycle Management. Responsibilities: - Assist the government in ensuring that requirements requested are approved from the DHA Enterprise Approved Product List. - Generate reports, monitor ITSM ticket queue performance, monitor calendar events, and provide critical updates to Government leadership when appropriate. - Process software related tickets, review/validate RVDC, follow up with customers as necessary. - Generate reports, monitor ITSM ticket queue performance, monitor calendar events, and provide critical updates to Government leadership when appropriate. - Update action statuses via the Procurement Action Tracker, ServiceNow and other databases/tools as necessary. - Coordinate with program and project managers from various Directorates within the Defense Health Agency to ensure that software being requested have not reached their end of life/ end of support dates. - Coordinates with program and project managers to ensure software is still a valid requirement ensuring that the agency does not pay for maintenance on items no longer needed. - Review Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) and com...
