New Communities is seeking a talented mental health technician professional to serve as a Team Leader/Supervisor for our mental health adult PNMI program supporting aging adults with mental health challenges. This full-time leadership position has limited supervisory responsibilities for 8 residents and general oversight of direct care Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRT-I) providing personal and medical assistance to residents. The Team Leader position is located at our Hampden Meadows location in Hampden, Maine and is regularly scheduled Monday - Friday 7:00a-3:00p but at times, program needs would require flexibility. Responsibilities include: The Team Leader/Supervisor position requires flexibility and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
