Job description
Position Summary Reporting to the Director, provides analytical, research, data, & operational support to facilitate ongoing New York State Education Department (NYSED) & multi-state authorization compliance for all NYU programs. Serves as a reliable subject expert and thought partner with the Director on NY state and Multi-state authorization policies and procedures. Maintains internal systems and databases to support the NYSED and Multi-state portfolio. Reviews NYSED proposals and identifies draft feedback and necessary revisions according to establsihed criteria; Monitors important deadlines for Multi-State compliance, coordinating with schools and university stakeholders to support ongoing membership in NC-SARA. Supports director in annual multi-state compliance cycle, drafting communications to schools, researching emergent questions, and escalating sensitive concerns to the Director. Drafts communications, summary data reports, data visualizations, modern, design-oriented presentation decks, website content, and other communications for various internal and external audiences.
