Starting Pay: $18 The Steward supports kitchen operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while assisting with basic food preparation. This role ensures all dishes, equipment, and kitchen areas meet sanitation standards and contributes to efficient culinary operations through teamwork, consistency, and adherence to established procedures. · Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas according to company and Health Department standards. · Prepare basic food items efficiently and accurately following approved recipes and production guidelines. · Support kitchen staff by ensuring all tools, dishes, and equipment are readily available and properly stored. · Follow all sanitation, safety, and food‑handling regulations to maintain a safe working environment. · Assist with waste removal, dishwashing, and general kitchen organization. · Maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude and communicate effectively with culinary staff and leadership. · Perform additional duties or special assignments as required. · Two or more years of culinary or kitchen experience preferred. · High school diploma or GED preferred. · Ability to work coll...
