Overview We are seeking a Senior Care Supervisor , sometimes referred to as a Geriatric Services Supervisor or Senior Care Program Supervisor. The Senior Care Supervisor will lead the daily clinical and non-clinical operations of the Senior Care Service Line. The Senior Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff, supporting quality patient care, ensuring efficient use of time and resources, and helping drive service line growth and operational success. This role works closely with hospital leadership, the Senior Care Liaison, Medical Director of Geriatrics, and Corporate Director of Senior Care to support strategic goals, financial performance, and strong community referral relationships.
