Position Summary... The Pricing Capabilities organization builds and scales the technology and operating mechanisms that enable data-driven pricing decisions and operational excellence. Tech Enablement is responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements, accelerating technology delivery across pricing pillars, and partnering with Data and Automation/RPA to validate solutions and close capability gaps. As a Senior Manager, Tech Enablement (Pricing Capabilities), you will lead the operating model that turns pricing needs into executable work—owning (or co-owning) the intake and prioritization mechanism, setting the bar for requirement quality, and driving portfolio-level alignment across business and technology leaders. You will build a high-performing team and ensure the organization consistently delivers the highest-value work with transparency, speed, and accountability.
