As our Assistant Centre Manager , you’ll support the leadership and day‑to‑day operations of the centre, helping bring engaging, safe and high‑quality outdoor education experiences to life. About the role: Working closely with the Centre Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action — leading activity instructors, supporting operational teams and making sure every guest experience runs smoothly from arrival to departure. You’ll be a visible, energetic presence around the centre, mentoring staff, engaging with visiting teachers and stepping in to solve challenges as they arise.
