Merchant Place, a brand-new Section 42 apartment community in Madison, is looking for a driven, personable, and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to join our team and help bring this vibrant community to life. What You’ll Do: As Assistant Community Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Community Manager and a key player in daily operations. Your role will include: - Supporting leasing efforts, including tours, applications, and resident onboarding - Assisting with compliance for Section 42 (LIHTC) housing programs - Building positive relationships with residents and addressing their needs - Coordinating community events and engagement initiatives - Managing rent collections, reports, and administrative tasks - Helping maintain a high standard of property appearance and operations What We’re Looking For: - Experience in property management or customer-facing roles preferred - Familiarity with Section 42 / LIHTC compliance is a big plus (or willingness to learn quickly) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -...
