Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service areas. Assist with the setup, turnover and breakdown of events to include stripping the room of all furniture and resetting the room as outline in the Banquet Event Order. Refresh meeting rooms as needed. Periodically clean meeting and event rooms. Properly care for, move, and store equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, dance floors, lecterns, and other room supplies. Brew beverages as directed by the event captain. Break down the trays of dirty dishes, glasses and silverware coming from the functions.
