Campaign & Donor Relations Associate Hillel International Role Overview: Hillel International’s Advancement Pillar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign and Donor Relations Associate to join the Advancement and Philanthropic Services team. This position supports Hillel’s mission by managing donor communications, ensuring the accuracy of gift and donor data, and facilitating smooth financial processing and stewardship. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with excellent communication skills, a proactive work ethic, and a desire to grow in the fundraising and nonprofit sectors. This position is fully remote and open to eligible candidates in the United States. What You’ll Do: Donor Relations & Stewardship: - Serve as the primary point of contact for donor inquiries via phone and email, providing high-quality support and customer service. - Manage the production and distribution of donor acknowledgments, tribute notifications, and pledge reminders. - Track and report on planned giving commitments and associated documentation. - Maintain up-to-date constituent records and ensure accuracy across all touchpoints.
