What we need: The Senior Product Manager will use data-driven analysis to lead the development and management of commercial products. This role is responsible for the full product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities and building innovative offerings to launching products and managing them long-term. The role will work closely with teams across BCBSMA to deliver products tailored to the unique needs of specific market segments that meet customer and consumer needs and drive targeted business growth. This position is eligible for the Flex persona. This is a hybrid position, based out of our Hingham or Boston office. Associates who live within 50 miles of the office are expected to work in-person 2 days a week. Your Day to Day: Conduct ongoing market surveillance of competitor actions and industry trends to identify strategic opportunities and determine the optimal timing for launching new solutions Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, and industry insights Create and manage rigorous, data-driven business cases for new product opportunit...
