Division: Clarendon Private Department: Clarendon Private: Reports to: Head of Operations & Compliance Status: Non-Exempt: Grade: 7: Salary Range: $20.50 - $32.12: Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Purpose/Objective: - We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operational functions of our Registered Investment Advisory Firm (RIA). The role is primarily responsible for managing client onboarding, account maintenance and other custodial requests through our designated custodian, Charles Schwab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Operations and Client Service teams to monitor and execute client requests to deliver an excellent client experience.
