This role acts as a liaison between IT and business units and represents the business activity in all EIS discussions and meetings. The position develops and refines the methodology and procedures necessary to standardize business requirements gathering, software system design definition and testing plans, and works independently and with internal IT and business groups to define short and long-term system development and processing plans based on business needs.
